Online Notarisation - How Does it Work?
Step 1
To notarise your documents, please upload them, make a pre-authorized payment, and register online. Payment will only be charged after your documents have been notarised and not beforehand. You will be able to download your notarised documents only after payment has been made.
Step 2
Verify your identity by providing two forms of ID, your passport and driver’s licence
Step 3
You the client and notary meet online
Step 4
You digitally sign your documents which are verified by the Notary.
That’s the end of the notarisation process, and your documents are ready to download.
